The concept itself was based on the tried and true brasserie offerings seen in the heydays of international travelers dining and paid homage to the history of the hotel itself. This idea also influenced both the interior and the brand design - focusing on classic design juxtaposed with contemporary elements that helped customers feel like they had stepped back in time to another era of dining and charming hospitality. Custom typography and commissioned paintings ensure the touchpoints for the brand are layered with character and narrative which adds to the customer's experience and enjoyment.
