Taking on the bold task of transforming a 35-year-old national restaurant brand (that is also a Canadian icon) is done to ensure a brighter future for the company.  However, it was the company's past that we delved into to find the inspiration - going back to the foundations of where it all started, and just as importantly - why it started in the first place. Since 2016, Glasfurd & Walker has worked with Earls on realizing this new vision and in so doing has both increased profits annually and restored a sense of pride in the company.  By creating a brand that is not only fresh and relevant to customers but also unquestionably unique, adaptive, and authentic to ownership.
