With the success of their previous concept, Savio Volpe, being the hottest iron in the fire of the culinary landscape, the team behind the lauded Osteria decided to add another feather to Savio’s cap. This time, an Alimentari and wine bar called La Tana (the fox's den). A shrine to product and provenance, and the beauty of European design, the brand speaks directly to the concept and interior design. Refined and elevated without pretense, thoroughly and classically Italian. We wanted to create a design language that would help frame the entire experience from the moment you walk in, to the theatre of pasta making while enjoying a glass of wine, to departing with bags laden with goods.
