Aburi Hana

Having established itself as the premier concept of its kind in Toronto, Hana is a modern Kyō-Kaiseki experience by Aburi Restaurants Canada in Yorkville.  Kyō-Kaiseki is a traditional Kyōto-style course menu steeped in history and ritual. Chef Nakagawa’s modern interpretation embodies and elevates the tradition to create a distinctively contemporary experience. The brand takes this concept of traditional techniques merged with a modern sensibility to bring the brand vision to life as a premier dining experience. Every interaction and touchpoint was refined and distilled, every tactile experience crafted at the highest level of quality. Employing traditional Japanese calligraphy with modern typography and a restrained brand palette ensures the experience feels authentically refined.
